At Top Stay, we believe in keeping things simple. We know that moving to a new city like Bangalore for work or studies can be stressful, so we’ve made our Refund and Cancellation Policy as clear as possible. No hidden terms—just fair rules for our community.
1. Booking & Token Amounts
- ● Non-Refundable Booking: Once you pay the token to block your coliving space, it is non-refundable. This is because we stop taking inquiries from other guests for that specific bed.
- ● Security Deposit: Your full security deposit is safe with us and will be adjusted or refunded as per the terms below.
2. The Refund Process
After you complete your checkout at our Sarjapura Main Road property, our team starts the settlement.
- ● Timeline: It usually takes 15 to 30 working days for the money to reflect in your bank account.
- ● Deductions: Any unpaid utility bills, damages to the furnished residence, or professional cleaning charges will be deducted from the deposit.
3. Notice Period & Exits
We require a mandatory 30-day notice period. If you need to leave suddenly without notice, the rent for that period will be adjusted from your deposit. If you leave within the lock-in period mentioned in your agreement, the deposit may not be refundable.
