At Top Stay, we strive to create a vibrant, safe, and productive environment. To ensure the comfort of all our residents at Sarjapura Main Road, we have established a clear set of guidelines for visitors.

Day Visitors (Casual Visits)
- Visiting Hours: 09:00 AM to 08:30 PM Visitors are welcome during these hours. Any guest remaining on the premises after 8:30 PM will be considered an unauthorized overnight guest, and penalties may apply.
- Designated Visitor Zones To protect the privacy of roommates, visitors are strictly restricted to common areas such as the Reception Lounge, Cafeteria, and Outdoor Sitting Areas. Entry into shared bedrooms is not permitted without the explicit consent of all roommates.
- Mandatory Digital Entry For security reasons, every visitor must register at the front desk. A valid Government ID (Aadhar, Voter ID, or DL) must be presented.

Overnight Stay Protocols
We understand that family or close friends may need to stay over. This is permitted under the following strict conditions:
- Prior Management Approval (24 Hours) You must raise a request via email (info@topstay.in) or WhatsApp at least 24 hours in advance. Last-minute requests may be denied based on availability.
- Gender Restrictions (Important) In shared accommodation (Twin/Triple sharing), guests of the opposite gender are not permitted to stay overnight inside the room to maintain the comfort of other residents. Exceptions are made only for immediate family (Parents) in private studio bookings.

Guest Charges & Amenities
A nominal nightly charge applies for overnight guests. This fee covers:
• Extra Mattress & Linen
• Utility Usage (Water/Electricity)
• Access to WiFi - Maximum Duration To prevent overcrowding, a guest can stay for a maximum of 3 consecutive nights and no more than 5 nights in a calendar month.

Code of Conduct
- Zero Tolerance for Noise Many residents work from home. Guests must maintain low volume levels in corridors and common areas. Loud music or partying is strictly prohibited.
- Intoxication & Substances Possession or consumption of illegal drugs by guests is a criminal offense and will lead to immediate police involvement and eviction of the resident. Alcohol consumption in common areas is strictly prohibited.
- Liability for Damages As the host resident, you are 100% financially liable for any damage to Top Stay property caused by your guest. Costs will be deducted directly from your security deposit.

The Top Stay Management reserves the right to deny entry to any visitor or ask a guest to leave immediately if they are found intoxicated, aggressive, or violating community guidelines.
